2026 DC CAPE
The District of Columbia Comprehensive Assessments of Progress in Education (DC CAPE) is the District’s general statewide assessment system, which includes assessments in English language arts/literacy (ELA), mathematics and science. Together, these assessments create a comprehensive system that provides important information on students’ progress and proficiency relative to DC’s educational standards.
Individual Score Reports
We will provide paper copies of DC CAPE scores to 7th and 8th graders who attended Deal last year during the Student Led Conferences on October 13. Current 6th grade families will receive their students' scores from their former elementary school. We will mail scores to our former 8th graders in October.
