Back-to-School Night

We are excited to welcome all parents and guardians for Back-to-School Night on Wednesday from 6:00 - 8:30 pm. You will follow an abbreviated version of your student's schedule. During your visit to each classroom, teachers will share key course information, describe the types of assignments and platforms used, and answer general questions. Please note Advisory sections will not meet on Back-to-School Night. However, all families are invited to meet with their student's Advisor on October 10th for a student-led conference. • Families should plan to arrive early. 

• If students attend Back to School Night, they must remain with their parent/guardian.

• Period 1 | 6:05 – 6:20 (families report to their child's first period class)

• Period 2 | 6:24 – 6:39

• Period 3 | 6:43 – 6:58 (6th Grade Lunch/Cafeteria)

• Period 4 | 7:02 – 7:17 (7th Grade Lunch/Cafeteria)

• Period 5 | 7:21 – 7:36 (8th Grade Lunch/Cafeteria)

• Period 6 | 7:40 – 7:55

• Period 7 | 7:59 – 8:14

Come Prepared with Your Student's Schedule

Please use Aspen to access your student's most current class schedule (Family top-tab, Schedule left-tab). We recommend taking a photo or screenshot of the schedule so that you do not need to log into Aspen multiple times over the course of the evening. 

Aspen and schedule support will be provided on-site at the start of the evening.
