Deal students will begin their Science MAP assessment on Thursday in Science classes. MAP is a DCPS required diagnostic used to identify each student’s areas of strength, identify the specific skills each student needs to develop, and measure academic growth throughout the school year. Teachers use the data to inform instruction.
