DC Central Kitchen Volunteer Opportunity

We have a great opportunity for students to volunteer with DC Central Kitchen.  DC Central Kitchen is a local nonprofit that works to fight hunger and poverty by providing job training and creating jobs, as well as providing meals in DC schools.  For more information on the organization, please visit their website here. 

There are 30 slots reserved for "Alice Deal Middle School" at DC Central Kitchen, to help with Morning Food Prep!  Shifts are either Saturday, October 18 or Sunday, October 19 from 9am-12pm.  Volunteers must be 12 years old or older, and we need about 10 adults and 20 students per shift.Please use this sign-up genius to express interest!  Contact Claire at claire.kupferman@gmail.com with questions.
