Immunization Update

We are approaching the DCPS Immunization deadline. District of Columbia law requires that all students attending school in the District provide up to date immunization certification or proof of medical/religious exemption. The Immunization deadline is Monday December 1. Please send all forms to dealforms@k12.dc.gov. 7th grade students that are noncompliant will be temporarily excluded from school starting Friday December 5.
