Model UN

Model UN will have a mini simulation during club meeting times on the Future of the Antarctic Treaty. At Tuesday’s meeting (11/29), students chose their country and began reading their background guide, and researching their country. Students should at least have a position paper outline for club on Tuesday, 12/6. On 12/6, 12/13, and 12/20 we will have a mini sim where students will use parliamentary procedure and practice the skills of MUN. We will stop each day at 4:20 and resume the following week. This activity is meant to be low stress but helpful for students to practice the many skills of MUN. The background guide and all materials are on Canvas>Pages>Antarctic Treaty Mini Sim.
