Searching for Co-Treasurer and Fundraisers

Role Description: Co-Treasurer 

The Co-Treasurers oversee all financial items for the ADCA to include the collection/receiving of all funds given to the ADCA by donation or point of sale.  Maintain accurate records, monitor expenses, reimburse and pay funds with the approval of the executive board for expenses and invoices related to the approved current school year ADCA budget. Present a financial report for each ADCA meeting and make financial statements available upon request. Treasurers meet weekly with the co-Presidents and Principal to discuss school needs, financials and pay out expenditures. We currently have a very experienced and amazing Treasurer Andrea Smith on board whose son will be graduating next year - would be great to get a new parent to join her to learn the ropes!

Fundraising Committee Lead and Members 
The Fundraising Committee oversees ADCA fundraising activities. Activities include but are not limited to the fall donation drive, corporate partnership/give back programs, dine out programs, and spring fundraising events. Without Fundraising our mission is not possible. We have made some headway in fundraising efforts over the last several years and this committee can take what exists and/or improve as they see fit!
