The IB mission statement "The International Baccalaureate® aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect..." guides our work here at Deal.  This time of year, as we focus on caring individuals and prepare for Thanksgiving break, we encourage students to think about how they can make this statement meaningful even outside of Deal and in their community.
